NT / SA Border and further South

We stayed the night at the NT / SA border, we were the 1st to stop but by late afternoon another 8 vans had pulled in. The next night we bush camped at Matheson Bore, 112klms north of Coober Pedy.

We are now at Coober Pedy staying at the Old Timers free camp ground, we have had a look at a few opal shops in town, we will be here for 3 or 4 nights so no rush to see everything straight away.

Welcome to SA

OR Welcome to NT

The Army on their way down to Adelaide from Darwin

I did say there would be more photos of the rig lol

We stayed a night at Matherson Bore, a walk around before the sun went down.

Love the late afternoon colours you get as the sun goes down.

Not a bad overnighter, we had a motorhome bus, and a couple of camper trailers in a huge area

Visiting the Umoona underground Opal shop

It has increased in size since our last visit
